GALILEO EQUITY PARTNERS LLC
Galileo Equity Partners is a private equity firm that focuses on acquisitions of consumer and business-to-business services companies with $1 million to $75 million EBITDA. The firm sources proprietary acquisitions through its CEO in Residence program, which is enabled in part by its majority ownership of search firm Pinnacle CEO Recruiters, which was founded in 2002.
Through Galileo's CEO in Residence program, the firm partners with a proven CEO first, and then works to acquire a company. Alternatively, the firm will acquire a company and then recruit a proven CEO to run the acquired company. Intested CEOs may submit their CV to contact@gequitypartners.com. Preference will be given to candidates that discuss their investment thesis or investment criteria in an email with their CV.
Galileo acts as the lead investor in aquiring companies with $1-5 million in EBITDA. For larger acquistions of companies with $5 million or more in EBITDA, the firm typically brings in larger private equity firms to lead an acquistion, and then co-invests as a minority investor. In the past we have partnered with a number of larger private equity firms, including Great Hill Partners, Nautic Partners and Frontenac Company.
